With the H2 Group and Inspired Recruitment's core focus being customer service we thought that a move into the social care sector was an obvious one to make.
We initially moved into the sector as the result of assisting social care companies and local councils with I.T. and back-office requirements. It became apparent that our clients were nervous about working with a third party to assist in the recruitment for more front-line candidates, be them temporary or permanent, for fear the recruiters were only interested in the bottom-line and would not be focused enough on taking the time to find the right people for the roles.
As a result of this we decided to prove to our clients that we truly did stand by our convictions and asked that they let us work with them on the support and back office roles in order to earn their confidence and trust, essential in the care sector, (knowledge, good service and honesty are the only way to earn this - traits all "Inspired" recruitments consultants exhibit). Once obtained when then asked if we could (tentatively) assist with the more care and service focused roles, in order to establish further confidence and trust - both essential in the social care sector...
With many changes in the social care sector and the introduction of a number of government lead initiatives - such as the recent focus on dementia care - and the model proving such a success, we have created a division in its own right and appointed a specialist consultant to head up this area - across all disciplines.
